People complained endlessly in the community they run and the polls they
operate. I have given some examples recently. It was really bad for Dell's
reputation. Vista could actually destroy what was already called poor
customer service.

Michael Dell uses Ubuntu Linux at his house, so let's see if he's brave
enough to tolerate and endure Microsoft's wrath (there's lobbying going on
and rest assured he got/gets E-mails). The OEMs are still competing to see
who licks the Microsoft boot best and gets the same prices as a result. Chip
makers likewise. Apart from the hidden contracts, there's also the kickbacks
epidemic in the States. It's all about personal relationships between the
execs.
