Tragic for sure, but the family specifically claims an XBox 360 caused the 
fire in Dec 2004, but the 360 wasn't available until May 2005.

Chinook FADEC that crashed and killed 29 in 1994?

Or the filthy idiots who incorrectly programmed the Therac-25 radiation 
therapy unit that ended up killing 5?
