To be totally honest with you, it's because you are promoting MS which
has a list ( a HUGE one) of transgressions on users and businesses,
including an absurd level of control of users. I mean really, calling
redmond WA to use my computer???
This is a deadly serious rebellion and I feel you're on the wrong
side. That's all. But it is a big deal really.
The other reason is MS code quality, and how that degrades computing
in general. Mac went Unix, Linux went unix. Both for great reasons.
I'd really appreciate your help in getting great stuff on the desktop.
You guys are WAY too smart to stay with MS. I'd much rather be
cooperating with you to de-monopolize code.
Instead of fighting each other we could be choosing correct targets to
correct.
