You've got it backwards. Motley Fool is a relatively well known and wise
investment firm. They don't buy penny stocks, and then brag about it to
everyone, in hopes of making its price rise, and then cashing in on that
profit, as you are implying. They have too much of a reputation to sacrifice
over such minor short term profits. Instead, they look for well performing
companies first, and THEN buy their stocks, and then share their advice and
analysis with others.
