However, he's taken to reposting some of his news items in response to
other posters in other threads. That is, Roy will post some long [news]
post about topic X. Later, in a non-Roy thread about some other topic,
Y, one of the posts in Roy's X post will have a little bit of relevance,
so Roy will reply, noting he posted about this, and appending his entire
X post, even though only one of the several items in the X post actually
was relevant to Y.
