I don't think it's over the top at all. You should watch the actual
film, not just the interview. It's quite shocking - apparently there is
no basis in law for personal income tax in the U.S., in fact it is
unconstitutional.:

Very revealing of the typical state of American politics, not least
because of the lies, cover-ups, and utter lack of accountability.
If the American government is this corrupt, what hope is there of ever
bringing justice to the corporate world, and Microsoft in particular?
