Had to Wiki-P that one. I take it you didn't mean the "Territorial
Support Group, a special response unit of London's Metropolitan Police
Service."?

I'll go with The Smoking Gun. Had a look ... didn't ring any bells.

The point is that even though SCO hasn't yet bought the farm, they've
become irrelevant. Nobody cares any more.

They have a tonne of capital ... they also have a tonne of liabilities.

Probably, but for how much of that remaining time will they continue to
be a threat?
