Well, that is not the only problem.
Unzipping files does not always work unless you are using something
like 7-Zip.
-- the directory structure changes. how weird is that.
-- sometimes, it will take 25 min to do a zip file that should take 30
seconds. ((( we restart the process)))
IE gives an error message that it failed to load 50% of the time,
press CANCEL and it will load. lol.
And we not even gotten into all the upgrades required for all the
little programs you may have.
It cost a lot to go Vista in Hardware, Upgrades, and Bugs.
Most stuff works on Ubuntu now. Same with PCLinuxOS, without TWEEKING
the living heck out of it.
There is one comment I get on people that use my computer to browse
the INTERNET. That is how
FAST it is. Why does windows take over 2 min to boot into a usable
state (ya, after the virus checkers),
and linux is less then 1 min, including password?
