I liked to the previous item of yours (gently enough), but while the above
thing is more speculation than fact, it does align with many other attempts
(Enderle and Lyons for starters) to attack character. Yesterday I saw an
article from 2001 about an attempted bill to illegalise open source (i.e.
software of liberty)
