You have a funny idea of how law works.  The iowa case, like the federal
anti-trust case, was a civil action.  It was not a criminal proceeding.

It's impossible, absolutely impossible that prosecution or any kind of
criminal punishment could be assessed in a civil action.

Your statement makes it sound like this is some kind of way that Microsoft
escaped punishment, when no punishment could have ever been a possible
outcome.

You're supposedly a smart guy, why do you invent these ludicrous comments?
