I dunno.

It seems like most tyrants at least can build a better mousetrap.

Microsoft is not just a monopoly but a lousy one.

IBM? Apple? AT&T? Google?

At least there you get something for your trouble.

Although that's the problem with tyrants. They are seldom enlightened.
