No, it's separate. That will come too. They still investigate, so expect more
fines.

It's looking grim for OOXML because of increased intervention (Bush doesn't
care, but the EU and other nations in the east certainly mind). Microsoft
exposed itself to too much criticism because it abused the process like
nobody's business.
