I know that the News postings and the digests are having a huge impact.
Aside from anything else, it's quite noticeable that many respected
online journals take some of the stories which are picked up here and do
more detailed research on them. Even much of the language is being
adopted. I also know that they are read by several people in non-online
advocacy roles.
I look forward to the time when cola is no longer required, but we're
not there yet. 2008 will show huge leaps forward, though.
