He was in a hurry. He had to go off and write an article on his site
accusing that delegate of being biased. Roy noticed that the delegate's
blog has some items the mentioned problems with ODF, and so clearly must
be biased. Roy overlooks, of course, the series of articles there about
flaws in OOXML.
In Roy's view, if you don't think ODF is perfect and/or don't think that
OOXML has no single things right at all, you are biased.
