Micoshaft has not done any work to accomplish this feat.
They have merely created digital divides with pay to use software
and have resorted to bribing politicians to back proprietory software and
digital divides.
The ODF on the other hand exists as an ISO global standard and allows
everyone to access information and exchange and research information
freely and to produce gadgets that share information without the
need for micoshaft proprietory formats.
Micoshaft doesn't have facilities for unencumbered sharing of
information and have done nothing to reduce the patent liabilities
companies and developers will pick up if they infringe on
any of their closed OOXML patent riddled crap.
