Deja vu. He was caught doing this before (article below).
One has to wonder if/how much he uses his Fundation [sic] to pressure national
bodies by proxy, using non-profit organisations. Politicians' 'pet charities'
also come to mind. I'm appending the recent example from India. There are
other examples.
