Microsoft is very afraid of Munich.

Mention the word "Munich" and witness a bunch of rabid dogs jumping at you
barking. Several cities in Europe are watching Munich before they give the
go-ahead to migrations mimicking the Munich model. It's very important for
Microsoft to use bullying (pressuring people out of their job), Munchkins,
fabricated stories.... /ANYTHING/... to make Munich's migration seem
unsuccessful. It's the same with the non-news that Wal-Mart still sells Linux,
but via the Web site. Microsoft needs to make noise where it can change
perception.
