More likely they want to start a "dialogue".  Have you notice just how
much many Microsoft people like to talk?  They'll talk your ears off,
trying to "wow" you with a barrage of talk about "cool" technology.

Only later, after much work, do you find the seams.  Too late!  You're
committed.
