They don't mention that the value they're talking about is about as tangible as the value in the mad credit lending that has been going on for the last 10 years. It's all one and the same - big business overly inflating essentially nothing to make obscene profit at the expense of everyone else. You'd have thought the dotcom lesson would have been learned but apparently not. If the insanity of swpatents goes away maybe tech companies will have a *real* value attached to them?
