They probably just want a World Government. They would rather share the burden
and build another bigger Cathedral. It's susceptible to similar abuse at a
larger scale.
A good solution would be to jail for life those who caused it. Then, as Prof.
Lessig would attest, there needs to be a start with a clean sheet in charge.
There are already too many briberies and inpending 'favours' polluting the
system (Microsoft, for example, has insiders/'plants' in the US DoJ, the White
House, and the FTC). It's tainted and it needs to be flushed. Sadly, those in
position of power won't give it up without a fight.
