Not at all necessary... as in the case of lawyers threatening, and then
getting a "settlement".
SuSe rolled over and accepted Ballmer's FUD...
That's all that is required... Ballmer attacks, using "patents"... Linux
distros roll over and accept the Microsoft overlord.
