It's pretty hard to find anyone in the financial industry that's NOT
somehow connected to other financial institutions.  In order to get the
necessary experience, you need to be part of the industry.

The difference, is that Bush appointed people that had no experience
whatsoever to positions, and when they did, he let them do whatever they
wanted without any accountability.

I don't know if Obama will hold these people accountable either, but i
think the odds are significantly higher.  It doesn't matter what someones
connections are, if they're being held to a higher standard.
