That's not "lock in", that's "risk", as in "what happens if they go
belly-up, or they are incompetent, or there's some kind of dispute?"
It's not "lock in" because, presumably, one could pull one's business
and give it to someone else (assuming no "risks" like above been
realized).
"Lock in" is "once you've started with someone, you're kinda stuck
with them forever."
