Like here:
They don't *WANT* to sue anyone. All you need is to look back to
1991 when Bill Gates was publicly criticizing the patent system.
They don't like patents, but are forced to use them to defend
themselves. They have never, not once, sued *ANYONE* for patent
infringement where they were not sued by someone else first.
