While it's true that Microsoft's biggest problems these days are infact
in userspace, the fact remains that Microsoft's biggest problems are
Microsoft's own code.
The OS vendor is still the problem.

Yeah... because it doesn't really matter that the people trying to
fix yesterday's mistakes are the people that made those mistakes to begin
