Microsoft is trying to sell ads now. In a recent interview with The Guardian (CES)
they bragged about selling Vista 7 THEMES (!!) for profit. They also sell shirts now
(soft-wear).

Selling licences to run binaries that are not even good (developed by small teams) is
a dying business model breed.
