I vaguely remember what you are talking about. People have
always claimed pullovers can do it. The thing I think you
are referring to had something to do with squating while
doing maneuvers with your breathing - I think mostly holding
your breath in full inspiration while doing reps. I'm sure
it made your chest feel like it would explode but I can't
imagine that it worked.
