If he is looking at this type of referring data then he would know it was 
Google.

He didn't say he was not looking at the raw logs. That just happens to be 
one of by hits today. And this is another

Sometime when I look and don't see my site there could be some fluctuations 
in the SERP I think when it doesn't show up. I have had a few cases where it 
didn't but not to often.
