I am assuming that "Silence" is a standalone, third-party application for
Palm O/S. Why not go to Prefs and set all to "Mute"? I have Prefs assigned
to one of my shortcut buttons, so this shouldn't take more than 5 seconds
to do. You just need to make sure that you remember to 'unmute' once you
leave the plane (or wherever else you need alarms disabled globally)...
