Well, I saw you in this group before. Generally, it all started with the
innocent conversation about the Economist article, which seemed to have
generated a lot of discussions in other sites (more recently). It would be
intersting, I think, to find the ideal sleep habits/duration. It's somewhat
of a black art or imprecise science, as it seems.
