Half an hour ago I came across a very large travel agency where I have been
purchasing tickets since 2001. It was shut down. I bet it's because of the
Internet.

That's when I thought about Microsoft and Google. You ignore disruptive
trends... until it's too late to change. Apple is not a threat to Microsoft
because, unlike Google and the GPL/FS, they use the same models and evolve
together. Something then subverts their line of work.
