Verily I say unto thee, that tblanchard001@xxxxxxxxx spake thusly:

As much as I agree with your sentiment, I'm afraid I really don't
understand your reference to "Magwa Shaft".
The only time I've ever encountered the word "Magwa" was in connection
with Kuwait International airport, which I've had the pleasure of
passing through on several occasions, and it's namesake which is an
land-rig in the Burgan field in the Mesopotamian Foredeep Basin.
I've seen a similar word "Mugwump" used in William S. Burroughs' novel
"Naked Lunch", to denote a grotesque breed of alien that exudes
intoxicating and addictive semen from the top of its head, which is
subsequently peddled (direct from the source) by Interzone agents.
As it turns out, the word "Mugwump" originally denoted "Republican
political activists who supported Democratic candidate Grover Cleveland
in the United States presidential election of 1884.", according to
Wiki-P. Er ... yes, well.
Perhaps "Magwa" is a Zulu word, like Ubuntu ... only a sort of nasty
antithesis.
Please explain, the anticipation is killing me. :)
