This is a similar debate to the one which involves OpenDocument (ISO
standard) and a certain other joke, promoted using lobbyists, proxies,
paid-for news, Wikipedia edits, Microsoft blogs, political pressure, and
deception. Does HD include bugs and proprietary 'extensions' as part of the
standard, just like OOXML?
