"We're too busy" is a ridiculous reason to allow criminals to go
unpunished. Maybe if the American judicial system stopped wasting time
prosecuting RIAA victims, and concentrated on the /real/ criminals like
Microsoft, then they wouldn't be quite so "overburdened".
