Children are an excuse. Australia, like the United States, is quietly
establishing a system for censorship (see below).
 
Like the British Government, the Australian Government is enchanted by the
Microsoft Money Machine(R). Nothing has changed.

Chinese Internet dissident committed to mental hospital
