Description of problem:
Santa gave me "Enemy Territory: Quake Wars" for Christmas, but it
doesn't work on my Billy-box. Every time I run it in fullscreen mode,
the monitor goes blank, with the OSD message "Invalid Sync". I've messed
around with the advanced display settings trying to lock it onto a valid
frequency, but Windows is a brain-damaged OS that apparently cannot
properly ascertain the correct timing frequencies of my DPMS compliant
CRT monitor.
