I'd suggest mythtv and a freeview DVB tuner. The bandwidth of a radio
broadcast is massive compared with wired networks, and you can be sure
that there is virtually zero likelyhood of being charged for the
delivery (beyond the licence).
The more we see DSL being used for video downloads, the more likely it
will be that bandwidth caps become the norm. It's just not an efficient
way of moving things.
