Well, they never studied our MCSEs. They contracted a guy in for 90
days just to fix things up that were falling down (and to put some real
security in vs. that cheap MS kind). Now that his contract is up they
have to take care of it themselves again. And they're *still* pretty
much 1:3 on the maintaining end of the business.
