The site took a while to load, even on a 100Mbit connection. After I wrote
my previous post I instantly took it for a quick test at:
http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
The front page is totalling at 200k+, which would take almost 3 minutes
(assuming naive transfers) to load among modem infrastrutures in some oth-
er parts of the world. If you sell something, this may be a key factor.
The most bloated front page I have come across was 700k+ by the way...
The graphics can easily be optimised or compressed. There is also poten-
tial for re-use. Tell me if you wish to know more.
