Vista is geared up towards _looks_ (as its new name implies -- that which
replaces "Longhorn"). It's a miserable attempt; taking a project that was
scraped in September 2005 and make it conspicuously different and also
somewhat of a lame answer to Apple and Linux 'eye candy'. Difference:
resources required.
