Another bloggers *report* used as fact. I don't see any
facts in that Link.

The fact that Brazilians now save money on office is bad for
Linux. More of them can afford Windows ....

I am constantly amazed at Roy's confusion between OSS which is
often cross platform and Linux v Windows.
