There is obviously a global conspiracy of Linux advocates and shell
companies remunerating Roy for his efforts, and in return for these
investments they receive ... erm .... what?
How would anyone benefit financially from paying someone to promote
free (beer) software?
Certainly there are commercial interests out there, /using/ some of
the Free Software that Roy promotes, but then most of those compete
with one another, so I can not really see any of them paying Roy to
promote their competition.
The motives of those who keep harping on about "MSFT" seems crystal
clear however, to the extent that they can't even mention Microsoft
without referring to the stock ticker symbol, or bragging about how
much money Microsoft makes (at other people's expense).
