Was the economic crisis created to bankrupt certain nations? Did the housing bubble cause most of the problems? Or was it due to lax regulation in the financial sector? It’s very hard to formulate solid theories during this time due to lack of information and uncertainty.
Hopefully, people can learn from this situation. We can’t keep getting ourselves into bubbles. My family knows someone who was in real estate and was reaping the rewards when we visited him. Now, he has to sell his million-dollar home…
