Laptop Redundancy

Palm TungstenIn the past year I have come to realise that I no longer need a laptop, or a telephone, or an MP3 player. Micro-device technology is advancing so quickly that it is able to match functionality of much larger ‘workhorses’. With a full-size folding keyboard, headphones and a PDA, one can be most productive anywhere at any time.

SD Card

Would you believe that 1 gram SD cards hold half a gig a gig of memory?

I agree with you. I guess the only problem that users in the Philippines like would encounter is the cost of mobile access to the Internet. I can’t afford advanced Palm devices yet–I’m using a second hand m505–but I do access the Internet through my cellphone’s prepaid account. And the cost is really expensive, like a 2$ load could be used up in a few minutes if you’d be sending and receiving two or three 50KB photos.
