ngland could have and maybe should have beaten Spain at home, but a disappointing turnaround showed why the world’s #3 is not #1 (Spain is).
Spain has many very good players.
Earlier today in this blog I mentioned what might happen to Man City and I also spoke to my dad about this today. He does not rule out relegation and massive point penalty (like -10 or higher).
I believe this can carry on for quite some time. BBC says, “[m]any will argue that if upheld after any appeal, the nature and scale of the wrongdoing City have been found guilty of warrants such as sanction on the basis that titles were won unfairly, and any misrepresentation of revenue and costs gave them a crucial competitive advantage.”
Time will tell.
We too plan an appeal next year.
