Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) the Much Bigger Culprit

rying to wrap my head around the ManCity predicament, and seeing we’re almost exactly two weeks away from the next home match (very difficult match against the two-times-in-a-row European Champions), I must wonder what the French say about PSG and how financial doping by Qatar is somehow OK. Yes, PSG is a much bigger culprit.
After what Qatar did in the EU and FIFA, as is well documented, I suppose nobody was really punished. So football is becoming increasingly toxic with double-standards and inconsistent enforcement.
