Part of the problem with the documentation and identification issues I talked about last week – and will talk about more later – is that it is very hard to separate information from disinformation.

Disinformation comes in three major forms:

  1. innocent mistakes;
  2. intentional disinformation (aka FUD); and,
  3. (self) delusion.
