Why James Wilson Dislikes Mark Lewis

James Wilson is upset not because Lewis is “rogue” but because Lewis knew how to handle Wilson

The more I read into the tweetfests (or “storms”) of Wilson, the clearer it seems to me that Wilson’s obsession with Lewis is due to hurt.

Yes, Lewis really hurt him.

In a nutshell, and in chronological order:

  • Wilson said some darn things
  • These darn things led to backlash
  • Wilson threatened to sue over those bouts of backlash (over the above-mentioned darn things)
  • Wilson filed a lawsuit he can barely afford against people who had insufficient assets to cover his legal bills
  • Wilson soon realised he would not manage to settle the matter
  • Wilson spent all his money trying to “win” the case (a pyrrhic victory)
  • Wilson “won” but received nothing (could not and still cannot even recover the money he lost in litigation)
  • Wilson now protests against the solicitor and barrister, as a distraction from the fact his lawsuit was redundant, misconceived, and fruitless

Sounds familiar, right?

Do More Blogging, Stop Wasting Time in ‘Social’ ‘Media’

Should have known this 2 decades ago

Social control media sucks? That Is Brand New Information

Earlier today I shared some statistics for the first half of October. Earlier this year I decided to breathe fresher life (or air) into schestowitz.com, which I sort of neglected because I was busy in other sites.

This blog is now 22 (Harvey’s too will be 22, but he passed away almost 4 years ago; I still miss him) and I am emboldened by the feedback I receive on it.

I hope more people will get back to blogging. They just need to quit social control media. They waste time there.

Better Than Dogs (for Now)

Dogs need human attendance

The number of birds we look after more closely (and give names to) has grown from 4 to about 7. One of them was sick and is recovering and two of them are babies/children. Durian has grown a lot though and yesterday he only came (for the first time) at around 5PM. The green-eyed bird decided it was confident enough to stand on my palm while it eats (same as Bot and Durian). Thankfully we have a lot of sanitiser left (litres of it) and hand-washing is routine.

Growing up in homes with dogs, getting accustomed to fish tanks and birds (and a storage room full of seeds) is an adjustment. Having a dog at this time would be challenging because sometimes we both leave for several hours; we do plan to have dogs when we get older. When at least one human is at home the dog (or dogs) won’t feel lonely or sabotage furniture out of boredom/protest.

There are many birds out there (even as far as Mayfield) that recognise us from a distance based on the face or gait. They are good at spotting cycles of behaviour.

Documenting Swatting Attempts

About time

Roy and Rianne collage

This week we began documenting what happened almost 3 years ago. The following 4 parts will be followed by plenty more:

2026-10-12 Intercontinental Brigading – Part I – The Failed Attempt to ‘Swat’ Our Series About the Attacks and Crimes Committed Against Us
2026-10-13 Intercontinental Brigading – Part II – An Outline of This Series
2026-10-14 Intercontinental Brigading – Part III – Reporting Harassment From America to British Police
2026-10-16 Intercontinental Brigading – Part IV – Harassment Registered With the Police Before Projection Attempts Made From America

There’s a happy ending, sort of. But it’s unfair that people go through this for doing good work, for free.

ManCity’s Better Weeks Ahead

Easier times

October 2026 matches

After a very difficult battle or late-night war with PSG (ManCity gave back a good fight, proving potency) Manchester will be the host/hostess of easier clubs visiting and even away matches won’t be too challenging.

This coming Saturday in the afternoon there will be a rush. Tomorrow at noon we talk about the Court of Appeal while ManCity management likely discusses its appeal to the High Court.

We can kind of relate to those stuck for years in the legal system, including ManCity.

Once a person or entity gets accustomed to it the whole thing becomes more routine, there’s no anxiety anymore.

Every Former US President Looks OK Compared to Cheeto

Barack Obama was no hero

T he former US President Barack Obama is probably across the road from us right now, as he’s talking there in a few hours.

I have mixed feelings.

He did many bad things.

Only relative to the current President is he a “good” person.

Manchester City’s Comeback, Stats-wise

Manchester City showed resilience in the second half

Manchester City lost last night’s match. It wasn’t a critical match (no PL points to lose, no tournament to get kicked out from). But it would be good to boast about beating the Champions.

Based on opportunities and quality of opportunities, Manchester City played as well as PSG, sometimes even better.

The score tells another story.

After the first half an hour many worried it would end up a devastating disaster like 0-6. That didn’t happen.

I was actually right outside the stadium, jogging, when Haaland scored the first goal.
