Reform UK Can be Shut Down (as a Business), But UK Government Enforcement Needed
Seriously
oday it’s a Monday. People catch up. Courts do too.
Daniel Pocock has taken on Reform UK with some of his latest blog posts going into the rogue politics involved [1, 2]. Yesterday he told me that Reform “administration hearing could be tomorrow” (or today). “A High Court insolvency judge doesn’t have to go out and look for a jury before making a decision. Based on my application for an Administration Order, they could call a hearing as early as tomorrow or Tuesday and make the decision to put Reform into administration the very same day. The opposite is also true: if momentum, witnesses and other creditors fail to show up, the judge could drop the whole thing just as quickly. Another opportunity like this may never come again.”
If Reform UK is asked tough questions, then it’s well overdue.
