The make-up of fake accounting
HE following chart from BBC makes it seems like the cheating by ManCity was akin to what slop companies do. They fake revenue (some circular) to make financially unsustainable (not even remotely viable) seem promising:
What a time to bring this out. ManCity is at the top of PL, having won many games in a row.
